As Q4 2023 comes to a close, a remarkable trend in the crime games category on iOS has been observed across Latin America. Data from Sensor Tower provides a detailed look at the performance of the top five crime games in the region.

GTA: San Andreas – NETFLIX showed a robust performance with its downloads peaking at 662K in the week of December 18 before settling to 350K by the end of the quarter. The weekly active users mirrored this trend, soaring to 643K and slightly decreasing to 630K. The game's revenue also saw a significant rise, reaching $3.1M in the third week of December.

Meanwhile, GTA: Liberty City Stories experienced a spike in downloads reaching 130K in mid-November, followed by a gradual decline to 9K by Christmas week. Active users peaked at 198K in the same period but later dropped to 93K. The game generated a steady flow of revenue, with the highest at $2.2M in mid-November.

The newer entry, GTA: Vice City – NETFLIX, attracted significant attention with downloads starting at 160K and slightly decreasing to 78K by the quarter's end. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, with a slight dip from 154K to 134K. Revenue for this title showed a moderate increase, beginning with $575K and reaching $1M in the second week, before a slight dip to $570K.

Lastly, Airport Security: Fly Safe maintained a steady download rate, ending the quarter on a high note with 19K downloads in the last week. Active users showed a positive trend, growing from 137K in September to 157K in the final week of December. Revenue figures remained relatively low but consistent throughout the quarter.
